Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM
Optional late check out time of 2:00 pm upon availability for $20.00 fee.

Cancellation and Early Departure Policy
All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Due to our limited capacity cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.

Facsimile Services
Domestic facsimile $1.00 per page for incoming and outgoing.
International facsimile $2.00 per page for incoming and outgoing.

Televisions
Basic cable channels are available on your TV.

Dress
Dress on property and the surrounding areas is very casual.

Guest Laundry
Washer and Dryers are located on property. $2.00 per load for the Washer and the Dryer. Laundry detergent available at the Front Office for $1.00 per box.

Putting Green
A private 4 hole putting green for River Palm guests! Putters & balls are available at the office.

Private Beach
A beautiful private beach for River Palm guests only. Complete with lounge chairs, all you need is your sunblock!

Ping Pong!
A ping pong table is located under a shaded porch at the end of the office building. Paddles & balls are located in the office.

Chickee Hut
This is available for private parties, functions and special events. Rental fees apply. Due to the high demand, we suggest advance reservations! Ask us about our event planning services.

Pets
As a pet friendly property, we understand your relationship with your animals. We do ask that you show other guests on property the courtesy you and your pet would like to receive. Dog walk areas are located at the North section of the property and across the street. We ask that while on property all pets are to be on a leash with the owner. Please observe the no pet policy in the pool area.

Our daily pet charge is $20.00 per day per pet, $125.00 per week, and $200.00 per month.
A 6% sales tax will apply. Clean up after your pet is mandatory for health reasons.

Parking
Parking is for registered guests only. No parking is allowed on the grass at any time. Boat trailers must be moved to our north lot. All visitors must park across the street or on the north lot. These few rules are strictly enforced.

Boat Slip Rentals

7 Boat slips are available at the River Palm dock.
$20 a day up to 20' boats - $1 for every foot over 20'

A boat ramp is available at the new Jensen Beach causeway 1 1/2 mile to the North of River Palm.

Fruit
Picking of fruit is done only by the management. When fruit is in season, it will be available at the front office. Guided plant tours are done several times a year. Check with the office for dates or special events.
