MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Both persons must apply together.

Fee: $88.50 cash only. A discount of $32.50 is given to couples who attend a *course in marriage.

Valid photo I.D such as a driver's license, state or federal I.D, or a passport with name, date of birth and signature.

If previously married, be prepared to provide a certified copy of the final divorce decree.

License becomes valid 3 days after purchase and expires 60 days after application.

License is good for state of Florida only.

Blood and medical tests are legally not required but are highly recommended.
